Kings don't want to trade Cousins. Lakers already offered the #2 pick for Cousins which could've gotten the Kings Okafor and the Kings turned that trade down stating Cousins is not available. I say wait until Cousins becomes a free agent then get him. Lakers would have the cap space then.
