Clarkson Nance and Hibbert for cousins

Lakers have always had a dominant center for their championship squads hibbert is not that guy while lakers have Russell and randle who are better than clarkson and nance. Sacremento jump starts their rebuild with clarkson and nance while hibbert is expiring. Cousins has been in sac city for a long time and they aren't any more successful with him. They need a change.

midseason next season trade derozan bass huertas ellenson and black for o Bryant henson MCW and Monroe Gary Payton (Milwaukee 2nd round)

Lakers get Monroe and bring back twin tower days of Gasol and Bynum with Monroe and cousins. Lakers get big man depth and MCW who is a great PG but hard fit for many teams because of his lack of a dangerous outside game. He won't need to shoot with the threats the lakers will have. The Bucks get derozan who is another great scorer and floor spreader which the bucks need. They pair him with buddy hield Middleton and the Greek freak and go small. Ellenson shows well with the lakers to start the season and shows off his shooting stroke. Bucks are enticed to grab ellenson for floor spreading with the greatly need. They could either start him or Plumlee.

Um kings are like 8th or something, they aren't looking to rebuild. If anything they are looking for a couple pieces to help them get a better seed

Doesn't make sense trading for Cousins and Monroe. Both are starting centers. Then you have the Lakers making this mid season trade next season for players unsigned after this season and players not on the roster yet. Think about it for a second. You want to get rid of players not even on the roster next season. Why would you bring up signing players you just want to get rid of? If the Lakers were to sign Derozan he would be here for awhile/length of the contract not traded during mid season the same year he signs.

once the lakers realize derozan is overrated overpaid and not Kobe they'll decide to go a different direction. It's not to hard to sign players then trade them. Look what the Lakers are trying to do with Bass now.

For one Lakers aren't trying to do anything with Bass right now. Second there is a difference between trading a player like Bass who is on a 1 year $3M deal and a player like Derozan who would be in his first year of a max contract which will be $22M+ maybe up to $25M per season. Now your about your thoughts about Kobe. Ok Derozan will never be Kobe. Kobe had a great career but at this point he is in the decline. Derozan can put up 23pts and shoot 45% from the field. He can help with being the go to guy or the sidekick depending who else is brought in.

Derozan isn't a go to guy for any quality nba team. If I were Kevin durant I would not want my backcourt to have nearly as many shots as I take. Derozan would only be a distraction. If he were to prove me wrong than the second trade would obviously not be necessary. Bass is on a two year deal as well. Kobes decline now is irrelevant. Lakers will want to commit to durant and have him own the backcourt. Still a good idea to go after derozan because of potential and trade value if he doesn't work out.

soo damn unbelievable. why sign derozan for that much just to try and trade him. really? even if it had the smallest chance of being done, monroe and cousins will never work. monroe didn't even work with drummond who is a defs of minded player. you think he would work with cousins who shoots the ball more than his gaurds.?
