This is the best way to do it :

Max one guy this summer = DeRozan

Sign one guy for bench = Matt Barnes, Marvin Williams, Beasley etc.

Sign center : Mozgov, Noah, Speights

Let the young team grow and when they reach their full potential in 3,4 years add more solid pieces and guess what? We have deep team like Warriors or Spurs who will dominate the West in future, so let's not rush things and screw this up, that's just my opinion

It would look something like this for example

PG Russell/ Huertas
SG DeRozan/ Clarkson
SF Ingram/ Barnes
PF Randle/ Nance
C Noah/ Black.
