Philly - #2 pick

Trade
NYK - #2, #32, and D. Russell or Randel
LAL - C. Anthony
NYK can rebuild with Porzingas and Ingram
LAL get a star to go with a couple of free agents
Thoughts?

Heck no. Anthony is way out of his prime and Russell and Our second rd pick will be way better than Anthony in a couple of years
2.) 08 Jun 2016 06:53:57
Right! Plus he also proposed the #2 pick. For sure he has to be a laker hater and a Knicks fan.

Just giving away gold.

The Lakers want to win now but they have to understand that players don't care about the city and most teams will have cap. Lakers have to draft and develope. I don't see them landing any stars.
Off season:
Draft • Ingram or Simmons
• Back up PG in 2nd rd
Free Agency • B. Beal or E. Fournier
• H. Barnes
• H. Whiteside or J. Noah.

i think a backup center in 2nd round instead of PG we can sign Waiters or Chalmers to help russell develop too,
or a Whiteside or Bismack Biyombo instead of Noah, just saying.
Its a pretty good acquisition if ever

If the clippers decided to rebuild do you think the lakers would trade the #2 pick for Chris Paul?
1.) 19 Jun 2016 18:35:05
No. Cause Clippers have stated Chris Paul will be on the team next year and he only has the 1 year remaining on his contract. He will probably opt out and that's when the Lakers should look at him. Giving up a #2 pick who can develop into a good player for an expiring contract of Chris Paul makes no sense.
