I can't see this happening as Sixers fans & Brett Brown have grown a liking to Noel but here goes.
Sixers get Randle
Lakers get Noel
Sixers do it to get a scoring option which is something they lack and Randle would be a better fit he's more a Pf then Noel whose more a C which cuts the problem of who to play Pf and C.
Lakers have no defence so taking Noel gives them much needed rim protection.

Lakers wanna get rid of Nash to clear space to sign Melo and Lebron so here's an idea.
Lakers get Affalo, Nelson(Non guarenteed)
Orlando get Nash and 7th pick
Draft 4th and 7th Exum and Gordon or Vonleah and Smart
Then 12th Nurkic
