Bulls will want that 2017 pick from the Lakers for Butler if the Lakers get the pick. I'm just saying the Celtics can offer the Nets pick plus prospects.

Lakers send Calderon to Denver for Nurkic, Mo Williams and tiny contract.

Calderon would be a nice vet mentor for Mudiay and Murray while the Lakers add a 22 year old center to have as an assett at the very least.

Calderon = $7 million
Nurkic = $2 million
Williams = $2 million
Filler contract (s) = $1 to $2 million

My 2 cents.

I am new to this forum. I've been a Laker fan since the Showtime era. I believe Noel and/ or our restriction on this years pick given back should be our focus. I wouldn't mind moving Mozgov and/ or Deng's contracts for flexibility either.

Idea #1

Trade Clarkson for Noel, Landry and a 2nd rd. pick

Idea #2

Trade Mozgov and a 2nd rd. pick to Houston for shorter contracts like Brewer, McDaniels and Nene

Idea #3

See if we could move Deng to possibly Minnesota for Pekovic and K. Martins contract. Thibs might have interest in Deng's D ability. If not Minnesota then Sacramento for Gay and C. Butler
