I'm going to be realistic here as lakers are not the most desirable team for superstars.

Coach: Luke Walton

Draft: Ingram

Trade: Nick Young for cash or a future 2nd round pick

Sign: Barnes, Ezeli, Whiteside and Gerald Green

PG: Russell, Huertas
SG: Clarkson, Williams, Green
SF: Barnes, Ingram, MWP, Brown
PF: Randle, Bass, Nance Jr
C: Whiteside, Ezeli, Black

A lot of these players can play multiple positions so that can be changed around a bit if needed. This team can be a playoff team in a couple of years and maybe attract future free agents.

Lakers Sign Robert Upshaw

Russell/Clarkson/Huertas

Young/Dekker/Brown
Randle/Bass/Nance
Hibbert/Black/Upshaw

Fire Byron Scott and sign Mark Jackson or Tom Thibodeau.

Lakers are better off staying with who they have right now than sign anying of those guys. J.R Smith will go back to the Cavs for more money than what the Lakers can pay anyway.

I doubt the Lakers will even make the playoffs yet again this up coming season. Thunder will replace the Blazers and that's about it. Mavericks have done enough free agent signings with Williams and Mathews & trade for Pachulia to make the 7 or 8th seed.

Lakers really need a sf. We can't only use Nick young and Anthony brown. And I don't like the idea of kobe going sf.

With Mcdaniels probably going back to rockets, Dorell Wright linked with Miami. I really can't think of anymore sf that are free agents at the moment.

Reply with who you think lakers should sign for the sf position.

Probably rotate Nance, Randle, Kelly and the guys you mentioned. Fact is there is nobody the Lakers can bring in with a 15 man roster already in place if you include Upshaw. The only way to bring in another SF is to trade.

Why would be trade a player we just signed for a crappy late first round pick. Bass is here to help teach randle and bring in his all round game
