Detroit get Randle, Hill, pick 34 and future 1st pick.
Lakers get Jennings and Monroe (s&t)
Detroit sign Draymond Green, Paul Millsap or Tobias Harris for the PF position and DeMarre Carroll or Khris Middleton for the SF position.
Resign Reggie Jackson.
Draft Stanley Johnson with the 8th pick.
Roster:
Jackson / Dinwiddie
KCP / Meeks
Carroll or Middleton / Johnson
Millsap, Harris or Green / Randle / Tolliver
Drummond / Hill

Lakers - Pistons Trade
Lakers get Josh Smith and Jennings, to help Kobe.
Jennings - Kobe - Smith - Bozzer - Hill.
Detroit get Nash (out indefinitely and expiring), Lin (expiring) and Randle (out indefinitely).
Lin - KCP - Butler - Monroe - Drummond.
1.) Randle is LA future they will not trade him for a short term process
2.) Jennings and kobe is great
but Randle isn't going anywhere
3.) I would do part of this trade. Jennings for Lin I'd do in a heart beat but I'd do either Randle or Hill for Greg Monroe. This would give the Lakers more offense and defense. No one could double Kobe because Monroe is a beast in the paint plus Jennings is a shooter who would thrive all the open shots he'd get. In additional Jennings can penetrate putting pressure on the opponents defense. The Piston would take Hill because he has more shooting range than Monroe. This would give Drummond more room in the paint.
