Nets-Lakers
Lakers trade: J.Lin (exp) and 2nd rounder
Nets trade: Deron Williams
New York wants J.Lin back, so that be a good situation in Brooklyn. Even though J.Lin has an expiring contract, its not like a team outside of NY will take him. The Lakers get another star to attract free agents.
1.) D. Will has a horrible contract. Lin's contract expires this year. Lakers fans are usually very smart fans, but it's mind-boggling this year listening to fans hoping the team gets better and whining after every loss. It is extremely important that the Lakers keep our pick this year. IF we are able to keep our pick we should be in the finals 2 or 3 years from now.
2.) No. The Nets can keep injury prone, bad contract, Deron Williams. Kobe might sit out a few weeks to get some much needed rest. (smile) yes B. Scott tank those national TV ratings. Adam Silver will be the commish for the next 20 years so we have to make sure the league never do to the Lakers again what Silver and Stern did regarding the CP3 trade.
