Think ATL as a middle of the road team would do well with established vets in Pat Bev and Crowder and they're both expiring contracts anyways. Collins hasn't been worth the money the hawks have shelled out so this'd would be an opportune time to flip him for a frp.

ORL gets 2023 frp via MIA & 2026 frp via LAL, Pat Bev, Dedmon. Duncan Robinson, and Jovic.

This isn't a horrible return for a good player and two players who have upside but massive injury issues. Tross has been an excellent servant for ORL but its high time they cashed in on him and let him chase a ring. Jovic looks really promising and if given the minutes looks like a real problem in that ORL setup.

- Pat Bev is a expiring contract

In the long term if the team does start playing for play in spots next season a seasoned shooter like duncan robinson who if given the minutes can massively add another dimension to this team.

If CHI decides to rebuild and focus it around Demar rather than Zach- then this has potential as I think Vuc would be a casualty of war- while he's productive- he's old and expensive- with 1 yr left they can pull the plug on the CHI experience- and leverage it for a pick and role players who will play D.

Don't know if this team can compete- but I think it'll def make the play in and at least harass a team and maybe get lucky and win a series. Vuc brings much needed rebounding and presence down low, if they can get 27-32 mins a night from him then anything really is possible.

Very small team- but very capable to out score you on a nightly basis- dame is selfless enough to let his teammates eat before he gets going- I even think they can have lineups where Simons or Zach come off the bench and still have all 3 play 30+ mins- in a weak west - where defense isn't really a priority unless you're LAC Or MEM- you need to maximize your chances of out scoring the likes of a

Lakers 2026 first round pick can't be traded due to not being able to trade back to back years. Earliest right now at the deadline is 2027. Lakers are not trading a first round pick for Vucevic. He's a free agent at the end of the year and the Lakers are going nowhere fast. Play in tournament? Without Davis the Lakers are not making the play in tournament. They can't even beat the Kings.

Lets pretend now. Hypothetically speaking. If the Bulls wanted to rebuild and they would accept say Westbrook expiring contract for DeRozan and Vucevic without the Lakers giving up a first round pick then that is something the Lakers would look at. Lakers would be doing the Bulls a favor by taking $28M off next years books for the Bulls in exchange for an expiring contract. Will that happen? Probably not.

The Jazz will want more for Mitchell than what you are suggesting. With Conley on the team Westbrook would just be bought out and that will not satisfy the Jazz. Lakers doesn't have 3 first round picks to trade and will not trade the 2 they have unless Durant was apart of the deal which sends Durant and Irving to the Lakers. You have 3 firsts going out for the Lakers to get Irving & Bogdanovic? Irving isn't worth 3 firsts. Sorry.
