Lakers get back into the first round next year to continue growth and also obtain a second to continue the youth movement while clearing more space.

Gives us a starting 2 or a backup PG. Whatever Luke decides. Clarkson also young and has developed well the last two years. Tarrik Black provides raw potentional and brings a tall shot blocking center who can rebound.

These are not fits for the new look Lakers. Maybe you could do a sign and trade with a team who wants Hibbert and sends us a trade exception and a pick. Other then that these guys should not be on the Lakers next year.

Sign Hassan Whitesite 4 year 88 Million 22m avg
Hassan Gives us a star. Maybe not the best scorer but a solid player who is one of the best definsively and can alter a gam with his rebounding and shot blocking. Fills a need at C.
Sign Chandler Parson 4 year 72 Million 18avg
Gives us a solid forward who knocks down 3's and is a good compliment to this team. Still young and developing.
Space 17 million aprox. Still need backup guards and more 3 point shooters.

Sign Brandon Jennings 2 yr 12 million second year player option
Gives a backup PG and can help us. Coming off an injury should get him a discount.
Sign Kevin Martin 1 year 5 million
A veteran SG who can score and is taller who could guard shorter SF or taller SG. Can shoot the ball well and bring help to this team in leadership.
Sign Seth Curry 1 year 5 million
Athletic Gurard who can play the 1 and 2. Would help with shooting.
No cap space left but still have exceptions. Wont use them but will sign vetren mins to fill roster out.

Fills out a PG need and is a vetran who can shoot 3's. Fills out 3rd spot.

This team can shoot and they are young. Needs to do lots of work on the defensive end but if they can develop their the team could grow. Ingram, Russle, Clarkson and Randle would all need another year of developing so this team would look more to winning two years from now and they can gain chemistry with Parsons and Whiteside.
Next years Free Agency
Cap would go up around 22 million next year aprox.
Around 12 Million Coming off next year
34 Million Cap space could be closer to 36.
Could target Griffen/ Westbrook.
Also the next few years we should develop are scouting deparment and our DLeague team. Focus on getting good coaches and a new top notch trainer. Invest in facilities and upgrades to keep players developing and keeping healthy. Sign MWP to dleague staff or as player development coach.

Everything is pretty much ok but i'm not sold on signing parsons. If you plan on signing a player who will be taking away the starting role from randle, I think it would be better if they sign luol deng or marvin williams, both only 3 yrs older than parsons and are two-way players unlike parsons.
And to be honest, I want randle to keep starting. Just my opinion.

My main issue is why spend all of our cap space on a team that would probably get bounced in the first round. Could be much wiser and save some money for next offseason
