As long DLo stays, lakers chemistry will hardly improve.

Draft Ingram, trade Russel to a decent role player. (I prefer Belinelli)

Re-sign Clarkson, Black and persuade Bass to stay cause he's a good off the bench C/ F.

Sign Whiteside because the lakers badly need a defender/ shot blocker. Afflalo for a legit perimeter defender from the bench. And ISh Smith would be a cheap back up point guard.
